Public mass terrorism, deliberately directed against ordinary people and designed to intimidate society, is unfortunately a common, but the most disgusting form of malign actions.
Our country has a tragic experience of such events, and the main conclusion is that the villains could never achieve their goal. And they won’t be able to.
