Refund Policy


Return/Exchange of Printed Publications of Proper Quality

According to the List of Non-Food Products of Proper Quality, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 of January 19, 1998, printed publications of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange for similar goods.


Return/Exchange of Printed Issue of Improper Quality

A printed edition may be returned or exchanged in case of printing defects or defects caused by transportation.


Return of Payment to a Settlement Account (by Bank Transfer)

  • to legal entities money will be returned to the bank account from which the payment was made;
  • to individuals money will be returned to the bank card with which the payment was made.

Send a letter with the subject line “Refund Request” and a completed application form to [email protected].

State the following in the letter:

  • the reason for rejecting the delivered issue,
  • Order number,
  • Name of the organization or the payer’s full name.

Money will be returned within five (5) banking days after the receipt by the accounting office of the original of the properly executed letter.

If incorrect (inaccurate or wrong) data is stated in the refund request letter, the Foreign Policy Research Foundation shall not be held liable.
