This article examines the evolution of Kazakhstan’s foreign policy with regard to Eurasian integration during the creation and development of the main institutions of integration. The purpose of the study is to describe the evolution starting from the creation of the Customs Union in 2009 to the present day, and to establish the reason for its change.
