On November 29 the seminar ‘What’s Next?: The Relations between Russia and the West in a Time of Uncertainty?’ was held at HSE University, featuring Fyodor Lukyanov, Editor-in-Chief of Russia in Global Affairs, and Marlene Laruelle, Director and Research Professor at the Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (IERES), Elliott School of International Affairs, The George Washington University.
- Marlene Laruelle, Ph.D., is a Director and Research Professor at the Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (IERES), Elliott School of International Affairs, The George Washington University. At IERES, she is also Director of the Illiberalism Studies Program, Co-Director of PONARS (Program on New Approaches to Research and Security in Eurasia), and Director of GW’s Central Asia Program.
- Fyodor Lukyanov, Editor-in-chief of the journal Russia in Global Affairs since its foundation in 2002. Chairman of the Presidium of the Council for Foreign and Defense Policy of Russia.
