Russia in Global Affairs

The recent US tariffs have spooked the World and created havoc in the currencies and stock markets everywhere. Markets do not tolerate sudden changes to their current equilibriums, regardless of the strength or validity of such equilibriums. As such, they are similar to humans who are only comfortable with what they know and are used to and abhor change. But change is a fact of life, and one should always expect it and prepare for it.

Can the Arabs feel safe and secure while an unfettered Israel, which disregards all agreements and all UN Security Council resolutions, roams freely in their midst? A 100-year-old persistent trendline speaks very loudly, even the deaf can hear it.

Russia, by now, should have adapted to Russophobia and become inured to it. It may find it much more beneficial to continue its global positive and peaceful policies and actions, rather than spook the world with nuclear saber-rattling - it would certainly be a lot safer.
